Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
Hello,
I'm looking to use the LMZ12001 and I'm sensitive to the efficiency of the device. When I look at the plots for a 12V input and 0.8V output (Figure 9), for currents greater than 0.4A the efficiency is always better than 75%. However, when I open the design in webench setting the same parameters (Vin, Iout, Vout, Temp) the efficiency reported can't even get into the 70% range.
Which number should I be using for efficiency?
