Hi Hide,

This is an interesting problem. We do not have a 2.8V reference nor a voltage reference with an Iq sub 1uA.

What application requires a 2.8V reference?

Our best device in the portfolio would be a LDO such as TPS7A05.

Thank you for the information and advice.

Our customer uses 2.8V reference for ADC.

Because, they need Low noise and high accuracy voltage.
