UCD9222: Firmware

Customer ran into an issue with the UCD9222 where its firmware seemed to get corrupted.  They are trying to compare the checksum.  They can see the options for checking the checksum but they are all grayed out.  Also, they cannot find the devices when scanning in ROM mode, if they scan by device ID they are able to find the devices.

Where can we find the firmware for these devices to see if we can update the firmware and get the device back working or if you could help to get the GUI working such that I can evaluate the checksum on these devices to see if it is corrupt?

Is the default firmware image included with Fusion Digital Power™?
