Can I replace the LM5069-2 on the LM5069EVM-627 High Voltage Reverse Hookup Reverse Current Hotswap Evaluation Module with the LM5069-1 latch-off?
I have already made three circuits with LM5069-1 with P-Channel mosfets reverse voltage protection. I still have some latch issues at 56V and12A because it doesn't always lock. But I will handle this later. May designs:
1. UV = 22V, OV = 31V, OC = 4A
2. UV = 22V, OV = 37V, OC = 12A
3. UV = 47V, OV = 56V, OC = 12A
I ordered the (Mouser) LM5069EVM-627 evaluation module to test how reverse voltage protection works with the N-Channel mosfet to replace P-Ch mosfet.
