Hello team,

do we have any alternative to the is FDBL86062_F085?

I saw we do have some 100V devices but none of them seems to have a low Rdson.

Could you please let me know any alternative? It would be used in conjunction with our LM5050-Q1 for a brushless application.

    Hi Adrian,

    Thanks for the inquiry. The lowest rds(on) FET with BVDSS = 100V is the CSD19536KTT in D2PAK. Typical rds(on) is 2mOhm (2.4mOhm max) at VGS = 10V. This same FET is available in TO220, CSD19536KCS, with slightly higher rds(on): 2.3mOhm typ / 2.7mOhm max. That's the best we have to offer. Can you share more detailed requirements for your application?
