Hi team,
A customer is looking for a gate driver for an 80W HF application at about 40MHz. So they are looking for a small bandwidth, high power gate driver. Can you recommend a part?
Thank you,
Franz

Hi Franz,
Thanks for reaching out.
Assuming 40MHz switching frequency, and gate drive voltage <=5V (please confirm or correct me if I am wrong) to drive 0V referenced FETs, the devices below would be a good starting point.
You can find more on the link below and sort out by isolation requirements (I believe this application does not require isolation), topology (half-bridge or low-side) and gate charge, expected rise/fall times and gate drive voltage.
