Hello!

Can you make a statement about the capacitance on the inputs of UCC27511A ?

It seems not to be part of the datasheet. However, my customer wants to add an r-c filter to adjust interlock time. Ideal would be data over temperature but any data point would help

    Hi Marc, 

    Please account for a 15pF input capacitance at the driver's input pins. As far as filtering at the driver's input, the driver works best with "digital" input signals with fast rise and fall times. In events where filter is required, a RC filter with no more than 20ns delay should be used such that Rin <=100 Ω and Cin <=200 pF.
