hi,

what's the recommended soldering temperature of this part? e.g. reflow soldering temperature? duration time? can i find the info. in datasheet? as well as that info. of LM5170 if you could provide.

    Hi user,

    Thank you for reaching out.  I don't think our IC requires a special reflow procedure other than the industrial standard one for lead free components.  For both the LM5170 and TPS40210, please refer to the following doc, sections 5.2 and 6.3.  This document is also hyperlinked by the datasheet in the section of Documentation Support.
