TPS61045: Leakage current in shutdown

Part Number: TPS61045
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV61046A,

Hi all,

I am designing a battery-powered low power system, and I need a 3.6 Vin to 12 Vout boost converter, about 2-3 mA.

I need a boost converter with load disconnect at shutdown as the 12 V section will be down most of the time, so I found TLV61046A and TPS61045. In the characteristics tab, TPS61045 shows main switch and input switch leakage currents (20 uA total at maximum), while TLV61046A does not show any switch leakage current. What does it mean? The leakage currents of TLV61046A are negligible, are not characterized, are included in another specifications or what?

In other words, which one should I choose in order to get the lowest overall shutdown current?

Thanks in advance

Stefano
