BQ25125: With or without watchdog timer?

Hi,

When reading the BQ25125 datasheet I notice that the description of the watchdog timer is removed. It is only mentioned once on page 1. So does BQ25125 have a watchdog timer? and if yes, does it work as described in the datasheet of BQ25122?

Thanks for catching that! Yes the BQ25125 has the watchdog timer enabled. I will update the datasheet to reflect that as well.

What peeked your interest on the BQ25125 over BQ25120A? The 1.8V LDO?

Thank you for your answer Gautham.

Well... At this point I am not more interested in one over the other. I have just started looking at this family of charge IC's. It seems to me that BQ25125, BQ25121A, BQ25122 and BQ25120A are very similar. When doing a comparison on your web page, there is no visible difference between the IC's from the parameters that are listed. Can you provide me with an overview of the family that points out the differences?

Hello Torben,

Please look at the link below. The BQ25125 is similar to the BQ25120A except the BQ25125 defaults to a 1.8V LDO and the VDPPM is disabled.
