What alternative would you recommend for NJW4140 https://www.njr.com/semicon/PDF/NJW4140_E.pdf

UCC2803 may work, but customer prefers to have the EN pin.

Hi Viktorija,

I didn't find a pin to pin device for NJW4140. Thus I can't recommend a device to you without the application information and its specifics. Though in some application, UCC2803 can replace NJW4140.

Can you provide more details of application?
