Hi Carl,
I have not heard back from the thermal modeling team yet. However if your customer needs to get started on simulation, they could put in a rough estimate for the junction-to-case bottom thermal resistance.
Since the part has a large exposed thermal pad, I do not expect the junction-to-bottom thermal resistance to be larger than junction-to-case top resistance. Perhaps you can use 1.9C/W as a worse case rough estimate for the resistance if your customer needs a number.
I will wait to hear more from the modeling team when they get to the simulation.
