TPS40210-HT: TPS40210 design solution need

Dear colleague,

Now our customer want to use TPS40210-HT design a power.

Vin=5-33V, Vout = 1300V, Iout=0.5mA

And customer study the PMP8621, but this design don't show the design process.

So could we provide the PMP8621 design process or design solution for customer need?
