Would you advise that

What is the absolute maximum rating of the TPS2511 power system Iout pin?

The recommended current for the Iout pin is 2.2A, but the absolute maximum rating item is not found.

Dear Eric, Shidara,

Let me explain the reason of this enquiries,

Our application is 5V/2.4A USB port and we choiced TPS2511.

TP2511 and TP2540 has almost same ON-resistance (approx 70mohm).

so we guess TPS2540 is also 2.5A power switch.

The TPS2511 recommended operating current is 2.2 A, as listed below:

The TPS2540 has a higher recommended operating current, at 2.5 A, and an adjustable current limit, at 2.8 A (compated to the TPS2511's adjustable current limit, at 2.3 A), so it depends on your application and where you would like your current limit.
