Hi team,
Our customer tests our LM5164-Q1EVM, the input voltage is 60V(CH1), but the SW max voltage is 52V(CH2). Output voltage is 12V and load resistance is 50Ohms. Why SW voltage is lower than input voltage?

Hi Naizeng,
I guess there is some resistance in your input wire, and also the scope measurement result may not be very accurate.
Check this way: use the same probe with same ground connecting point, turn the scope to 20V/div or 10V/div, horizontal 1us/div, scope sample points 1M points or greater, first measure the Vin pin, and then measure the SW pin.
