BQ24715: Minimum system voltage

Hi,

I have a li-ion 3s2p configuration.with minimum system voltage as 8.7 V.

the minimum system voltage in the datasheet Page 6 says that the minimum system voltage for 3s configuration is 9.216V. Is it fixed value? or can it be changed and set to the required system voltage? if so, how can i set the min system voltage to 8.7V?
