TLV62568: TLV62568 DBV question regarding tr tf for inside FETs and dead time

hi, team

could you tell me about  TLV62568 DBV package to know how much is the Tr and Tf of HS and LS based on below spec and how much is them dead time?

customer wants to do detailed simulation for thermal with above specs 

Vin 5V



the calc i did was 19.97℃ generated by IC but customer wants to know those information.

could you ?

    The tr and tf of the high-side and low-side FETs are confidential information. For thermal simulation, customer can use the WEBench to verify the device power dissipation and its temperature rise.

    TLV62568 has several different package and 2 different packages are different dimension between SOT23-6 and SOT563-6.

    it seems like that we can't chose what type of package over wbench.

    could you simulate based on the information your team has as confidential (no need to disclose those information but want to get its thermal result as detailed since we can't chose the package type even 2 different package are different which means different thermal resistance)

    can you consider ?

    i was trying to use webench for thermal simulation but i can't.

    it seems like the webench can't support TLV62568 thermal simulation.

    could you check to see if its available ?
