LP5018: Series termination resistors confirmation

As per the LP5018 datasheet It is mentioned as each channel current is set by Rref(R8=3.9K) which is connected to IREF pin,so kindly verify this schematics and confirm me the series termination resistors of 150 ohm and 100 ohm are needed or we can make it as 0 ohm.
