Hi Sir,

My customer is using buf16821-q1 on their panel, and they need White balance function on their panel.

They would like to know if there is any setting or software or DLL that could be used for White balance function?

I try to search on the spec, I could not find anything related to white balance, hope you could give me a direction.

Hi Patrick,

White balance is a system feature, BUF16821 is a "slave" in the system.

The gamma buffer only sets the gamma curves, these gamma curves are stored in the non volatile memory or can be I2C programmed.

White balance is done by the system controller, customer needs to get the dll from the controller supplier.
