The datasheet for the bq24079QW-Q1 indicates the OUT pin(s) supply a regulated 5.5V output voltage. Since this device can be used with a USB input (5V), does this mean there is a boost regulator inside the bq24079QW-Q1 to provide that 5.5V output? There is no mention of this in the datasheet.
