Is there any data or graph of transient thermal resistance regarding TPS2553DRV (WSON | 6)?
Our customer wants to know it to design.

Hi Zhang-san,

Both our customer and I have already known that the datasheet lists only static thermal resistance such as RθJA or ψJB.
Does TI have any data regarding transient thermal resistance of TPS2553?

Hi Tachibana,

TI has the thermal team to confirm the thermal related data.

But I am not sure whether they have or not.

You can ask related FAE to submit a ticket to ask thermal team if they can have a test.
