I am doing the MTBF caculating with the power module IC LMR14020 by software Relcalc, and need to figure out the right value for the parameters of analog complexity.
Accoding to the software's user guide, choose "IC linear" for the device LMR14206.
The definition of IC,Linear: linear (analog) devices, including op amps, comparators, voltage regulators, etc.
The parameters of IC linear is shown below in the pic
The analog complexity is only applicable for the following part types:
IC,Linear: Enter the transistor count for the device (1-999999).
Could you kindly help me to find out the right vaule of analg comlexity of this device?
by the way, TI TPS61165DBVT & TI LM393D with the same question.
