hi All,

My customer did the same step before, it never pop up this windows before.

But now shows this windows, it may have some problem in their factory side.

Can you tell me why this windows shows up?

    Kevin, like it says there, it sees two devices on the bus.  Normally that means that there are two devices on the bus, or that one device is responding to two addresses.  Does it happen consistently?  I've never seen it do two devices based on noise or anything.  I think it has to actually provide a correct response to two different addresses to get that kind of result.
