TPS53626: TPS53626 VFB Dual Phase

Hi Team,

We've DIN TPS53626 in our customer, but they met dual pulse issue when doing frequency test of P1V2_VDDQ(connect to VFB pin), please refer to the waveform below, I can send you the schematic through email.

Test condition: 4A load, connect to CPU(without memory)

We’ve tried to decrease the output resistance, but cannot lead to a better situation.

Our customer also use this part for other CPU power, but they didn’t observe same phenomenon. Could you please give some comments on what may be the issue cause?
