I want to know the start up time of TLV74325P.

Do you have data for the start up time at 2.5Vout?

If possible, could you also share with me the min/max value?

Hi Saito-san,

The datasheet provides the typical startup time for 1V, 1.8V, 3.3V which are 250us, 400us, 800us respectively. We can estimate the startup time for 2.5V output should be around 600us. We don't have min and max values for the startup time, but based on our experience, the maximum startup could be 3x typical startup time across corners and temperatures. You could use the estimated 1.8ms as the maximum startup time for the 2.5V output.

Hi Saito-san,

Unfortunately, we don't have a proved way for the low side estimation. We can only estimate the typical and max since no test data is available.
