I am going to use TPS65295RJER.
Before mounting the components on the board, we are trying to estimate the temperature of Tj from Ta set by Theta Ja described in the data sheet. However, TPS65295RJER has multiple built-in power supplies (VDDQ, VPP, VTT, VTTREF), so it is not clear how to calculate.
Could you advise me how to calculate ?
* In my system, VTTREF will not be used.
Any advice will be appreciated.
