Hi Hugo,

The available ESD data for our devices can usually be found in the product datasheet. Below is a quick screen shot from the datasheet showing the ESD Rating for this device.

Hi NickSY,

Unfortunately as was somewhat common when this device was released back in 2000, this was the only ESD data that was taken so we do not have any additional data that we can provide.

If you provide your application requirements Vin, Vout, Iout, and any other key specs I'd be happy to suggest another part which has additional ESD Rating information.
