Can the load switch(tps22962 and tps22959) be controlled by an ON voltage of 0.85V under(Vbias=5V,Vin=0.85V,Vout=0.85V)

If not what is the minimum ON voltage?

Hi Atchaya,

V_in can be 0.85V but the ON voltage cannot be so low.

0.85V is insufficient to turn on this device. The V_ih of this device is 1.2V. The V_il of this device s 0.5V.

Voltage between V_ih and V_il will not control the device reliably.
