Hi,
Do I need to make any installation before starting the "USB SAA GUI & PMBusDebug" for interfacing bq51221evm-520 and USB_TO_GPIO using bq500215evm-648 transmitter?
Below are the files, I have in the downloaded software. I want to know why the GUI did not work?

Hello

Did you get and error message of any kind or did the system not see the USB-TO-GPIO?

Recommend having the RX on TX in in power transfer with a load before starting the GUI.

The system can see the USB interface adapter. However, on installing bq5102x EVM GUI, it shows the first error (1) and second message (2) after clicking OK. Then it prompts message (3) twice after clicking Yes in (2). I reset the interface adapter as instructed in (4) and still the bq5102x EVM GUI register is empty as seen in (5).

Please, what's wrong with my steps?

I also did not understand received error in the message (6).
