UCC21520-Q1: Clearance issue for 800V bus application

Hi,

My customer's application is in 800V bus voltage application. They chose the UCC21530 in before, but met the noise issue for the low UVLO threshold. So they change it to UCC21520, but the pin out as PIN12 and PIN13 for UCC21520 are not erased, so it should be have the clearance issue with 800V bus. How about your suggestion for this requirement? Do we have any package with the PIN12,13 erased.

    Nice to hear from you.

    We also have UCC21540 with lower UVLO levels which might work for your customer. The UCC21540 has a max recommended operating voltage for the output stage as 20V, whereas UCC21530 is 25V. But, since they are struggling with false UVLO trips, I don't see this as an issue.
