We have constructed a battery charger circuit for CC/CV using LM34936-Q1.
When the input and output voltage are similar, I noticed a strange part of the current waveform.
- Normal condition
- Input voltage : 8~16V
- Output voltage : 13.5V
- Output current : 10A

- I designed the circuit by referring to the PMP20660 circuit on the TI site.
- Condition at abnormal waveform
- Input voltage : 12.5~13.5V
- Output voltage : 13.5V

As shown above, three types of waveforms are output.
Question
- Please explain the above waveform.
- Can you improve these waveforms?
