LM5008A: No Vout and VCC

Hello,

Can you please help advise what else we can check on LM5008A? It has no VOUT and VCC. We've checked the RT/SD pin and the voltage is approximately 23.5 V，and VIN is approximate 24.2V. We've tried with another chip, but it has the same problem
