TPS54618-Q1: Request worst case Leakage current at VSENSE pin.

unfortunately we cannot provide this parameter.

However, could you help me understand why you need the information? So far I understood that you are concerned with the output accuracy, is that correct? What accuracy is required for your application?

Could you share with me what your operating conditions are?

Hi Britta:

I am performing worst-case circuit analysis for our design.  Hence we need to know what would happen to the output voltage if the leakage contributes to the overall accuracy. Our downstream devices have very tight voltage spec.  

The operating ambient temperature we are analyzing this on is -40degC to 85degC.

Would you be able to provide some order of magnitude estimation of the leakage we should expect to see under this condition?  For example, are we looking at 10nA, 100nA, or 1mA ?

We use this device in multiple places. Here are the combinations

Input,Output:

5V,1V              

5V, 1.2V

5V, 3.3V

You can consider leakage into VSENSE in the up to 10nA magnitude.
