TPS84259: Robustness to high pressure?

Part Number: TPS84259

My target application for the TPS84259 is in a pressure-balanced oil-filled underwater system. That system is intended to operate at up to 6000m water depth, so 600bar or 60MPa.

But it isn't clear to me whether or not there's any air at all in the QFN package of the device. If there's any air in there, the device will crack and break when subject to pressure (we can't use electrolytic capacitors for this reason, for example).

So I'd be keen to find out if the device is capable of operating at pressure, which means there must be no air in the QFN housing.

Thanks
