Hello,

We are simulating with hspice. I saw only an encrypted pspice model for this part. (no hspice model supplied)

Is there any option to convert the pspice model to hspice or can you supply an hspice model?

Hello Gil,

Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. As far as I know, TI does not provide HSpice models for our FETs. I can provide an unencrypted PSpice model if that would help you. I'll send you a friend request and as soon as you accept it, I can send the unencrypted model to you in a private message. I will also check with a colleague to see if there are any options to translate PSpice to HSpice model.
