Hi, 

I intend to use REF3425QDBVRQ1 (2.5V) and REF3450QDBVRQ1 (5V) in my design 

Per the datasheet, the maximum junction temperature is 150 C. However, I intend to operate the part @ 175 C for a short duration (less than 100 hours) 

My understanding is there is no thermal shutdown specified in the datasheet, could you please confirm if these voltage references would work @ 175 C ?
