Is any NexFET simulatoin mode available?

I am testing CSD17303Q5A on an EVM board. It has a lower Qgs. I wanted to add a paralleling capacitor across gate and source to avoid potential shoot through issue.

Is any NexFET simulatoin mode available? Or do you know any FET simulation mode that is similar to our FET?

There is no issue with placing a capacitor across the gate and source to avoid shoot through.

What do you mean by simulation mode?

Wang there is a Pspice model for the device in the product folder at the bottom of the page

I'm trying to use the PSpice model but when I try to simulate I get:

This is the first line of the actual data in the lib file (ln. 49). I'm including the library with the directive ".include CSD86350Q5D.lib".

Has anyone else come across this?

At this time TI is encrypting PSpice models for these MOSFETS. Encryption was not supported in PSpice until version 15.7. Do you have access to a later version of PSpice?

I'm afraid I'm using V4.11e of LTSpice. Am I out of luck?
