Hi,

do we have any characterization data on how the logic input threshold levels vary across temperature.

I have a customer that is looking at a design with very low margins, and they wanted to have a feel for the variation.

Do you mean EN terminal turnon/turn-off threshold variation with temperature. ?

Can you let us know why it is important ? what is the application and system requirements?

Hi Rakesh,

you are correct, they are looking for the turn-on threshold variation across temp.

They said that in some system they might be driven by a voltage that is affected by temperature, and they want to specify how much margin they would expect to have.

I have the data. The threshold also depends on the device Vin operating voltage. Can you let me know the supply voltage here.

depending on variats it is either at 5V or 3.3V.

Hi Alberto,

We only have characterization data at 2.5V, 5V Vin.

for 2.5V, EN rising threshold varies from 0.76V (125°C) to 0.86V (-40°C)

for 5V, EN rising threshold varies from 1.45V (125°C) to 1.4V (-40°C)

Yes. Here it is...

For 2.5V Vin, EN falling threshold varies from 0.72V (125°C) to 0.66V (-40°C)

For 5V Vin, EN falling threshold varies from 1.2V (125°C) to 1V (-40°C)
