TPSM82822: Soldering Profile requirement

Hi,

I am looking for soldering profile for XPSM82822SILR (TPSM82822) to avoid any issue during soldering of module on PCB. In datasheet its mentioned as "Call TI".

Please help to get the details for soldering profile for this module.

Hi Gaurav,

These are MSL level 2. Is this the information you need?

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the info. As you told these are MSL level 2, so is it OK to use J-STD-020 standard profile for these modules soldering purpose.

Yes. And the peak reflow temp is 260 C.
