UC2854B: UC2854B: Can UC2854B be used with both of AC and DC input?

Hi, I want to design PFC using UC2854B under the following conditions.
 Input : AC85V-265V, DC125V(-10%, +15%)
 Output : DC390V 200W
 Efficiency : 90%
 Switching frequency : 65kHz

In this case, can UC2854B be used  with both of AC and DC input?
