    Hi Carl,

       TI offers a wide variety of products especially power that go into developing 5G systems. Here is a technical article that talks about power being used in them.

    Because thermal is an important thing when it comes to 5G antennas because of the power dissipation, it is important that you pay attention that the part meets the thermal performance that you need. TI has power products (e.g. TPS54623, TPS54622, TPS546D24A, TPS54A24, TPS548A24 and more) that operate upto 150 degC of junction temperature that help you with the thermals.
