REF5020: Generating 0.7V from REF50xx-EP

May I know is it possible to generate 0.7V using REF50xx-EP.

Or you can suggest some methods to Generate Precession 0.7V

Hi Hari,

There is no single chip solution to get 0.7V from REF5020.

what is the need for a precision 0.7V signal? this voltage is rather rare

You can create a 0.7V with REF5020 + voltage divider + op amp. I would recommend this method

Thank you very much. This is not for any particular application.

In the datasheet Page, No-17(Figure-39) says Vout can be adjusted so I thought how can I make reference voltage below 1V

Hi Hari,

The REF50xx is adjustable but it is fine adjustments of +/- 15mV.
