Hi Mangus,

Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. You will find the unencrypted model for the CSD17484F4 in the attached zip file. Please note, this model does not include the ESD diode from gate-to-source. If your operating conditions forward bias the diode, then the simulation will not accurately reflect the actual hardware performance. We are working to update this model to include the diode in the near future.
