LP3996: Alternative device and has a Low Iq.

Hi,

Could you please recommend an alternative device for LP3996 and TLV710-Q1 that has a lower Iq? I can't find any other device than those devices I have mentioned. My required output for the LDO are 2.5V and 1.8V.
