BQ24072: BQ24072: Pulsation on PGOOD

Hello

I use the next scheme for BQ24072:

If I connecting input viltage(USB_5V) - BAT_PWG(PGOOD) must pull down.

But not in my cases. I have pulsation on this output

Why?
