Is there parameter for it in datasheet?

Hi Yoshiki,

This spec is listed in the absolute maximums table as seen below.

Generally, the maximum voltage between CHA and CHB is limited by the creepage/clearance limits of the system, rather than the intrinsic isolation inside the IC.
