What ESD rating of TPS650250QRHBRQ1?

Although we checked datasheet and we confirmed with TI Customer support center,we could not find any information.

    Hi,

    I also tried to look for this data and couldn't find it myself. I have requested applications engineer of this device to look in to this request. But he is out of office till mid of this week and please give us 2-3 days time and we will get back to you.

    The TPS650250-Q1 ESD ratings are the same as the TPS650250.

    V(ESD) Electrostatic discharge

    Human body model (HBM), per ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001  = 2000 V

    Charged device model (CDM), per JEDEC specification V JESD22-C101 = 500 V

     


    The testing for AEC-Q100-0 02 (HBM) and AEC-Q100-011 (CDM) was met to qualify this device, but the Voltage for which the device has been designed to withstand has not changed.
