LM5050-2: LM5050-2 with CSD19506KCS offset for Vgate not enough, what is wrong here?

I create separately circuit only with lm5050-2 and CSD19506KCS.

Vout is battery with approximately 12V

Vin is power supply.

Result is :

for correct opening Mossfet Vgate should be more 10V then Vin, correct?

Offset is 3.6V
