When Vcc=0v,is the voltage applied to SENSE terminal?

Toshiya-san,

The TL7700 sense pin blocks current flow from 0 to 40V even if VCC is 0V.

The TL7733 sense pin is the expected constant resistance from 0V to 20V even if VCC is 0V.
The TL7733 resin pin blocks current flow from 0 to 20V even if VCC is 0V.
