TLV701: What is a different with TLV704

Hi,

I am looking for low cost LDO supporting Vin=24V and Iout=150mA.

I found TLV701 and TLV704. Those are very similar but price are different.

What is the difference between 2 devices?

Your advice would be highly appreciated.

The only difference here is the material composition is slightly different between the 2 devices (different bill of materials). You can see further details on the material composition for both devices using TI's material content search tool. Other than this the devices are equivalent from a parametric, functional, and pin-out perspective.
